1. Introduction
These General Conditions of Sale and Guarantees (hereinafter referred to as "General Conditions of Sale and Guarantees"), govern only the contractual relationship between the customers of the site skmsport.com/en/ (hereinafter referred to as "Customers") and the seller Marsala Group S.A.S with VAT IT11454700011, (hereinafter referred to as "Seller"). These General Conditions are the only ones that can be applied and replace all other conditions, except for preliminary, express and written exceptions. Each purchase on the Site is subject to the General Conditions of Sale and Guarantees applicable at the time of order. The Seller trusts that, once the order has been validated, the Customers have read and accepted without reservation the General Conditions of Sale and Guarantees. Customers undertake to comply with the General Conditions and Conditions of Use detailed in the 20 points in this section.
2. Preamble
Our website skmsport.com/en/, sells items of apparel and sports equipment and items for training games for personal defense and for games of a military nature. The sale of products on this site is reserved for sale in the European Union Country and other Countries. The sale is made exclusively through our online website at the address https://skmsport.com/en/ owned by the Seller, a legal entity that sells goods or services through the online sale, ie the contract entered into exclusively under the system of distance communication commonly called the Internet.
3. Order Products
Our products can only be ordered from our website https://skmsport.com/en/ 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The process of ordering at the checkout is composed of the following steps. Once you have made the choice of products and validated the cart, customers will be at checkout:

- b. enter the details of the shipping address
- c. choose the shipping method among the various options proposed
- d. choose the method of payment from among the various options proposed

5. Selling Prices
All sales prices of the products listed on the Site in the catalog are expressed in euros as the final price and calculated in dollars or pounds sterling with the conversion of currency updated from the site daily, but do not include shipping costs that are always borne by the Customers. The Seller reserves the right to modify the prices at any time without prior notice, but undertakes to apply the prices indicated on the Site at the time the order is placed in the same way.

7. Product Availability

All the Images and some texts of the products present on our Site are covered by copyright and property of the manufacturers or suppliers. Their use is granted to the Seller as an authorized seller. Any abuse and/or misuse will be prosecuted in accordance with the law.
11. Warranty
All the products present on our website in the online catalogues benefit from any conventional warranty that is directly provided by the manufacturers and the reference standard as well as the methods of application of the warranty will be those indicated and highlighted by the manufacturer together with the product. In addition to the conventional product warranty provided by the manufacturer, it is provided for under articles 128-135 Decree-Law no. 206/2005 also provides a legal guarantee for defects of conformity. The legal guarantee in favor of the consumer customer (a natural person who buys the goods for purposes unrelated to business or professional activity) covers defects of conformity, existing at the time of delivery of the goods, which have arisen within two years of delivery of the goods themselves. The lack of conformity must be communicated, under penalty of forfeiture, within two months from the date on which the consumer discovered the defect. The action against the seller is prescribed in any case within twenty-six months of delivery of the goods. In case of lack of conformity, the consumer customer has the right to restore, at no cost, the conformity of the goods by repair or replacement, or an appropriate reduction in price or termination of the contract, according to the provisions of art. 130 Decree-Law. 206/2005, in this regard, the customer must keep the invoice or receipt of the order that will receive by e-mail in electronic PDF format. Once the product returned by the Customer has been checked, if following the checks and/or intervention on the product under analysis, it is found that the defect reported does not constitute a lack of conformity pursuant to articles 128 et seq. of Decree-Law. 206/2005, the Customer will be charged for any costs of verification and restoration incurred by the Seller, as well as transport costs, if incurred by the Seller.

14. Liability
The Seller does not assume any responsibility for inefficiencies attributable to force majeure that prevent, in whole or in part, to execute the contract within the agreed time. The Seller shall not be liable for any damages, losses and/or costs incurred as a result of failure to perform the contract for the reasons mentioned above, as the buyer is only entitled to a refund of the price paid.
In contracts where the Seller is obliged to ship the goods, the risk of loss of or damage to the goods remains with the Seller until the Customer physically takes possession of the goods. If, however, the Customer proposes alternative means of transport for the goods to those proposed by the Seller, then the risk of shipment remains with the Customer, without prejudice to the Customer's right against the carrier.
Unless otherwise agreed by the parties to the sales contract, the Seller is obliged to deliver the goods to the consumer without undue delay and at the latest within thirty days from the date of conclusion of the contract. The obligation to deliver is fulfilled by transferring the material availability or, in any case, the control of the goods to the Customer. If the Seller fails to fulfil its obligations within the time limit, the Customer shall invite the delivery to take place within an additional time limit appropriate to the circumstances. If the additional period thus granted expires without the goods having been delivered, the Customer is entitled to terminate the contract.
